Do you ship to my country?

We ship to the United Kingdom and the United States. Standard tracked shipping is free on every order to both countries.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes 5 to 14 business days in the United Kingdom and 7 to 14 business days in the United States, counted from the day your order is dispatched.

What is VIP Insured Shipping?

At checkout you can choose VIP Insured Shipping (£2.99 in the UK, $6.99 in the US). It protects your parcel against theft and damage in transit.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships you will get a tracking number by email. You can also enter your order number on our Track Your Order page.

Can I return an item?

Yes. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay and Apple Pay. All payments are processed through a secure, encrypted checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has not been dispatched yet, we will do our best to change or cancel it.
